摘 要:ND61井是鄂尔多斯盆地宁东油田宁东25井区的一口水平井。由于该井所钻地层具有岩石水敏性强、易垮塌、岩屑床阻卡等特殊性,在钻进过程中易出现井漏、井塌、砂卡、气窜等钻井和固井难题,为此,根据ND61井邻井资料以及该井所钻地层的特点,针对这些问题,制定出一套完善的钻井工程设计,包括二开井身结构设计,井眼轨迹设计、钻井液体系设计以及固井设计等。通过施工钻探,该设计最终解决了研究区井漏、井塌、砂卡、气窜等问题,达到快速、安全、优质钻井和保护储层的目的。ND61 well is a horizontal well in Ningdong 25 well area of Ningdong oilfield in Ordos basin.The formation drilled by this well is characterized by strong water sensitivity,easy collapse and cuttings bed obstruction.In the process of drilling,it is easy to appear well leakage,well collapse,sand stuck,gas channeling and other drilling and cementing problems.Therefore,based on the adjacent well data of ND61 and the characteristics of the strata drilled in this well,a complete set of drilling engineering design was developed to solve these problems,including the design of two open wells,well trajectory design,drilling fluid system design and cementing design.Through construction and drilling,the design finally solves the problems of well leakage,well collapse,sand stuck and gas channeling in the research area,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid,safe and high-quality drilling and reservoir protection.
