摘 要:油气田采出水含悬浮杂质等污染物,若不经处理直接回注,将对储层带来严重伤害。本研究针对马莲沟长2采出水,在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面法建模,优化絮凝剂加药,并通过回归模型分析,对最优加药条件进行修正,最终优化结果为:无机絮凝剂(RH-02)的加量为100 mg/L,有机絮凝剂(ZLGD-01)的加量为1 mg/L,两者加药间隔30 s,搅拌速率30 r/min,在此条件下实测污水透光率均值为98%,与预测值95.40%相差甚小,说明采用响应面法优化加药配方及工艺是准确可靠的。The oil produced in oil and gas fields contains pollutants such as suspended impurities.If it is directly re-injected without treatment,it will cause serious damage to the reservoir.In this study,based on the single factor experiment,the response surface method was used to optimize the flocculant dosing,and the optimal dosing conditions were corrected by regression model analysis.The final optimization result as follows,the addition amount of inorganic flocculant(RH-02)is 100 mg/L,the addition amount of organic flocculant(ZLGD-01)is 1 mg/L,the dosing interval is 30 s,and the stirring rate is 30 r/min.Under this condition The measured average transmittance of sewage is 98%,which is very small compared with the theoretical value of 95.40%,indicating that the response surface method is optimized to optimize the dosage and process.
