FMS(功能性运动模式筛查)在延安市枣园社区全民健身服务中的应用研究

摘　　要：旨在通过FMS(运动功能筛查)调查延安市宝塔区枣园社区积极参与全民健身运动的人群是否在真正意义上促进了全民健康。对枣园社区早锻炼的民众进行了FMS测试,研究结果显示:1.FMS测试结果髋关节和踝关节不灵活导致膝关节的疼痛、异响、功能障碍占第一位。肩关节功能障碍,肩关节不灵活排名第二,长期伏案、低头工作导致的颈椎疼痛、腰背疼痛。2.由于胸椎不灵活、错误的弯腰动作长时间的劳作导致的腰椎代偿性损伤,腰骶部过度紧张等也占绝大多数。核心力量不均衡,躯干对下肢的控制能力较弱。3.人民脱离了物质的贫困,但是人民对科学的健身知识还未脱贫,需要专业的人员进行指导,宣讲科学知识,急需要科学运动知识的精准扶贫。对全民科学运动进行扫盲活动非常必要。The purpose of this thesis is to research whether the group in Zaoyuan community,Baota district,Yan′an city,who actively participate in the civil exercise activities,promote the civil healthy in the real meaning through FMS(Function of Motor Screening).This research conducted FMS tests to the people who do morning exercise in Zaoyuan community,the result found that:1.the pain,abnormal noise,and dysfunction in the knee point induced by the inflexible of the hip and ankle are ranked first.Shoulder joint dysfunction and inflexible ranked second,longterm crawl on the table and lower the head to work lead to neck pain and back pain.2.Because of the thoracic vertebra′s inflexible,mistake bends action,the longterm labor,cause the lumbar vertebra to compensately injury,the lumbosacral ministry is excessively tense and so on also occupies the vast majority.The core strength is not balanced,the body′s control to lower limbs is weak.3.Though people get rid of the poverty of material,the knowledge of healthy exercise is not out of poverty,they need professionals to guidance and preach scientific knowledge,and they badly need scientific exercise knowledge to targeted poverty reduction.It is very necessary to carry out literacy campaigns for the national science movement.
