摘　　要：目的:观察Ilizarov骨延长术治疗先天性掌骨短小畸形的临床效果。方法:选取的6例先天性掌骨短小畸形患者作为观察对象,采用Ilizarov骨延长术治疗,术后随访6~12个月,观察治疗效果。结果:患者掌骨均恢复正常长度,延长骨痂完全钙化,延长长度为1.8~2.4 cm,平均(2.05±0.25)cm;延长比率为30%~37.5%,平均(32.9±3.85)%;骨延长指数(延长1 cm需要的时间)为20.8~22.6 d/cm,平均(21.7±0.71)d/cm。按照TAM系统评定方法,6例为优。无严重并发症发生,其中1例术后手指屈曲畸形,1例钉孔感染,经治疗后好转。结论:应用Ilizarov技术治疗先天性掌骨短小畸形是一种简单、有效的方法。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of Ilizarov bone lengthening in treatment of congenital brachydactyly of metacarpal bone.Methods:6 patients with congenital brachydactyly of metacarpal bone were used as the subjects and treated with Ilizarov bone lengthening.The patients were followed up for 6-12 months.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results:After the treatment,the metacarpal bone returned to the normal length,and the prolonged osteophyte was complete calcified.Then mean extended length was 1.8-2.4 cm,and the average length was(2.05±0.25)cm.The percentage of extension was 30%-37.5%with an average of 32.9%.The bone lengthening index(time required to extend 1 cm)was 20.8-22.6 d/cm with an average of(21.7±0.71)d/cm.According to the TAM system evaluation method,6 cases were excellent.No serious complications occurred,except 1 case of postoperative flexion deformity and 1 case of nail hole infection,which were improved after appropriate treatment.Conclusions:Ilizarov technique is a simple and effective method for the treatment of congenital brachydactyly of metacarpal bone.
