摘  要:农产品市场信息具有复杂性与时滞性等特点,生产者常常难以及时获取并准确把握实时市场信息,因而造成信息不对称下的经济损失。从农产品生产者角度,结合新型区块链技术的应用层及电子商务信息平台的基础平台和服务平台,构建以区块链技术为基础、以区块链数据库为中心的信息双向传递系统——农产品生产决策信息系统。系统包含市场信息服务平台、库存信息反馈平台和物流信息反馈平台3个子系统,并在区块链系统的支撑之下完成这三类信息的采集、整理与输出,以帮助农产品生产者做出正确的决策,从而达到促进农产品销售、增加农民收入的目的。Due to the complexity and time delay of agricultural products market information,it is generally difficult for producers to acquire and accurately grasp the real-time market information in time,thus causing economic losses under information asymmetry.From the perspective of agricultural products producers,combining the application layer of new blockchain technology and the basic platform and service platform of e-commerce information platform,this paper built a bidirectional information transmission system based on blockchain technology and centered on the blockchain database—agricultural products production decision-making information system.This system included the market information service platform,inventory information feedback platform and logistics information feedback platform and so on,and completed three kinds of information collection,processing and output in,which was under the support of the block chain system.This agricultural product production decision-making information system aimed to help agricultural producers to make the right decisions,so as to promote the purpose of sales of agricultural products,increase farmers'income.
