摘  要:为了综合评价33份甜菜种质资源的耐盐性,筛选出耐盐品种,采用改良霍格兰营养液进行水培,甜菜苗移入培养槽后,每天向营养液中加入NaCl,使营养液终浓度增加80 mmol/L,达到胁迫浓度(300 mmol/L)。通过对试验材料的6个指标进行分析,运用隶属函数法进行耐盐性评价。结果表明,盐胁迫下,不同甜菜种质资源耐盐性存在显著差异,供试的33个甜菜种质资源耐盐性分为3类:第一大类是盐胁迫幼苗生物量较高材料,包括9号、17号、4号、11号、10号和8号种质资源;第二大类是盐胁迫幼苗生物量较低材料,包含32号、19号、20号、30号、29号和31号种质资源;第三大类属于中间型材料,包括剩下的21个种质资源。为进一步筛选耐盐性材料提供参考。In order to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance of 33 sugar beet germplasm resources and screen out salt tolerant varieties,the improved Hoagland nutrient solution was used for hydroponic culture.After the beet seedling was transferred into the culture trough,NaCl was added to the nutrient solution every day to increase the final concentration of the nutrient solution by 80 mmol/L,to reach the stress concentration 300 mmol/L.Based on the analysis of six indexes of test materials,the membership function method was used to evaluate the salt tolerance of sugar beet germplasm resources.The results showed that:33 sugar beet germplasm resources were classified into three categories.The first was the materials with higher seedlings biomass after salt stress,including germplasm resources No.9,No.17,No.4,No.11,No.10 and No.8.The second was the low seedlings biomass after salt stress,including No.32,No.19,No.20,No.30,No.29 and No.31.The third category belonged to intermediate materials,including the remaining 21 germplasm resources.It provides a reference for further screening for salt-tolerance in sugar beet.
