摘 要:甜菜褐斑病是由甜菜尾孢菌引起的一种世界性病害,该病主要的防治手段为药物防治、生物防治和抗病育种,其中抗病育种最为有效安全。为了使人们清晰地了解甜菜褐斑病的发病机理和甜菜对褐斑病抗性研究动向。本文综述了甜菜褐斑病菌的分类及其形态特征;褐斑病的发生、防治及致病机理;尾孢菌的抗药性;甜菜对褐斑病的抗性;甜菜抗褐斑病的遗传研究(基因的加性效应和克隆及QTL定位),并对其未来研究做出展望,以期为甜菜褐斑病的抗性研究和防治提供理论参考。Beet leaf spot is a worldwide disease caused by Cercospora beticola Sacc.,the main control means of the disease are drug control,biological control and disease resistance breeding,among which the disease resistance breeding is the most effective and safe measure.In order to get a clear understanding of the pathogenesis of the leaf spot of sugar beet and the research trend of the resistance to leaf spot.The classification,morphological characteristics,occurrence,control and pathogenesis of leaf spot,the resistance to drugs of Cercospora beticola Sacc.,the resistance to leaf spot,and the resistance genetic(the additive effect and the cloning of the gene and the location of the QTLs)were reviewed,and prospect for future research was suggested,which provided a theoretical reference for resistance research and prevention of leaf spot.
