摘　　要：随着工业生产过程自动化程度的不断提高,自动检重秤在定量包装产品生产线上得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文结合JJF1070-2005《定量包装商品净含量计量检验规则》的规定,通过对产品质量采用五区间划分法,分别讨论了不同精度下自动检重秤的上下限值设置方法。With the continuous improvement of automation in industrial production process,the automatic checkweigher has been more and more widely used in the production line of quantitative packaging products. Based on JJF 1070-2005 " Rules of Metrological Testing for Net Quantity of Products in Prepackages with Fixed Content",this paper discussed the upper and lower limit setting methods of the automatic checkweigher under different precision by using five-interval partition method for product quality.
