法学类研究生党建工作困境策略应对——以海南大学法学院研究生党建为例  

Strategies to Solve the Dilemma of Party Building for Law Postgraduates——Taking the Party Building of School of Law of Hainan University as an Example

摘　　要：法学类研究生党建工作事关国家高等教育建设和法治人才培养之大计,重视法学类研究生党建工作是“德法兼修、知行合一”法治人才培养的必然要求。当前,法学类研究生党建工作陷入主体不清、责任不明,制度化和规范化程度不够,党支部组织战斗堡垒及其成员先锋模范效用不大等困境。为此,应当充分审视法学专业及其研究生自身特性,强化研究生党建地位及其工作队伍建设,运用专业优势促进研究生党建工作制度化和规范化。同时,依据学科性质完善研究生党支部设置,结合专业特色创新组织生活会形式,突出主题党日内容,提高法学类研究生党员的先进性。The Party building of law postgraduates deeply influences the construction of national higher education and the cultivation of legal talents.Attaching importance to the Party building of law postgraduates is a requirement for the cultivation of law talents in“combination of morality and law”and“integration of knowledge and practice”.Nowadays,Party building has also fallen into predicments such as unclear subjects,unclear responsibilities,ins ufficient institutionalization and standardization,insufficient effectiveniess of the Party branch organizations’“battle fortress”and its members’vanguard model.Therefore,we should improve the establishment of the Party branch of graduate students according to the characteristics of the subjects and the students,innovate the form of organizing life meeting with professional characteristics,highlight the content of the theme Party day,and improve the advanced nature of law graduate Party members.
