基于罗杰斯人际关系理论的大学生人际关系研究

摘　　要：罗杰斯作为当代西方人本主义心理学派重要代表,所研究的人际关系理论是其心理学思想基础。借鉴罗杰斯人际关系理论基础,查阅大量相关文献资料,结合实际工作,从大学生自身、社会、学校三方面分析了引起大学生人际关系失调的原因,借鉴罗杰斯人际关系理论,提出构建当代大学生和谐人际关系的四点启示,既教会学生倾听,培养学生成为真诚的人,教会学生爱自己和他人,引导学生相互信任和尊重。Carl Rogers is a representative of the contemporary Western humanistic psychology,and the interpersonal relationship theory is the basis of his psychological thought.Drawing on Rogers’interpersonal relationship theory and a large amount of relevant literature,combined with our realistic practical experience,this paper explored the reasons for what caused the discordant interpersonal relationships from the three aspects of college students themselves,the society and the school.This paper also proposed four inspirations for constructing harmonious interpersonal relationships among college students.That was,to teach students to listen,to train them to become sincere people,to teach them to love themselves and others,to guide them to mutual trust and respect.
