摘　　要：应用可靠性设计方法,针对某型车辆风扇舱液压系统在使用过程中出现油管爆裂问题进行故障原因分析,并制定相应的改进措施.有限元分析和台架试验结果表明,改进后的结构安全可靠.Applying the reliability design method,the cause of the failure of the tubing bursting of a vehicle fan hydraulic system in the operation is analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are formulated.The results of the finite element analysis and experiments show that the improved structure is safe and reliable.
