摘　　要：塑料吹塑薄膜成型工艺实验是高分子加工专业的学生必做的专业实验之一,该实验的开设有助于加强高分子成型加工专业课程的教学,提高学生成型加工基本实验技能,培养综合应用能力.在实验过程中,合理设计塑料吹塑薄膜成型工艺和严格控制操作条件是保证薄膜质量的关键,吹膜设置各项参数的改变将直接影响成品膜的各项性能.通过对挤出吹塑薄膜成型工艺实验中的注意点、常见的各种问题及应对措施进行概括并总结,以提高该实验课程的教学效率.Plastic blown film molding process experiment is one of the specialty experiments that students of polymer processing major must do.The establishment of the experiment will help students strengthen the teaching of polymer molding processing professional course,improve the basic experimental skills of molding processing,and cultivate comprehensive application ability.In the course of the experiment,rational design of plastic blown film molding process and strict control of operating conditions is the key to ensure the quality of film.Changes in the parameters of the blown film setting will directly affect the performance of the finished film.The notes,common problems and countermeasures of the extrusion blown film molding process experiment were summarized,with the aim of improving the teaching efficiency of this experimental course.
