略论南水北调精神中的中原人文精神特质

摘　　要：南水北调精神形成于当下,植根于楚地,发展于中原。中原人文精神中“兼容并蓄、刚柔相济、革故鼎新、生生不息”的特质世代相传,对南水北调精神的形成产生了深刻的影响。在南水北调中线工程的建设者和干部群众身上,体现为担当意识、大爱无疆、家国情怀、创新精神和艰苦奋斗,凝结成新时代的精神音符,成为南水北调中线工程的重要精神标志。The spirit of south-to-north water diversion is formed in the present,rooted in Chu and developed in the central plains.The characteristics of“inclusiveness,flexibility,innovation and endless life”in the humanistic spirit of the central plains have been passed on from generation to generation,which has exerted a profound influence on the formation of the spirit of the south-to-north water diversion project.The builders and cadres of the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion project embody the sense of responsibility,boundless love,family and country feelings,innovative spirit and hard work,which form the spirit note of the new era and become an important spiritual symbol of the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion project.
