摘　　要：本文介绍利用发那科数控系统的PMC轴控制功能(AXCTL指令),对数控转塔冲床自动化生产线下料的控制,一个数控系统同时控制机床运转和下料机构的动作,节约成本,维护方便,性能稳定,实现了批量化生产,且提高了生产过程的自动化程度。The CNC turret punch press automatic production line has been controlled by use of the PMC axis control function of the FANUC CNC system(AXCTL command). One CNC system controls the operation of the machine and the movement of unloading mechanism at the same time with lower cost, convenient maintenance and stable performance. The batch production has been realized. The automation of the production process has been improved.
