摘　　要：本文概述了《医悟》的成书、版本、内容情况,并探析了该书作者马冠群的治学思想:推崇《内经》及仲景,出入百家,博采兼收,注重临床实践,强调“试而后言”。《医悟》旨在“为古圣昔贤曲宣其奥旨,为后来学者指示其迷津”,有较高的临床价值和学术价值。This article summarized the compilation,version,and content of Yi Wu,and explored the academic thoughts of Ma Guan-qun in this book:advocating Nei Jing and Zhong Jing,getting familiar with classics of different schools,acquiring and harvesting these schools,focusing on clinical practice,and emphasizing“trying before speaking”.Yi Wu aims to“declare its profound meaning for ancient sages and provide references for later scholars”,with higher clinical and academic values.
