摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展和手术设备的更新,电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)已经发展成为胸外科不可或缺的诊治手段之一。VATS相较于传统的开胸手术,具有创伤小、手术视野广阔、术野暴露随意性更强等优势。然而在开放性胸外伤的诊疗领域,尚缺乏VATS的临床应用及研究资料。本文针对目前VATS诊治开放性胸外伤的研究进展进行综述。With the development of science and technology and the updating of surgical equipment,video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)has developed into an indispensable diagnosis and treatment method for thoracic surgery.Compared with traditional thoracotomy,video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery has the advantages of smaller trauma,wider surgical field,and better displayed surgical field.However,in the field of open chest trauma,there is still a lack of clinical application and research data for video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Therefore,this article reviews the current research progress of VATS in the diagnosis and treatment of open chest trauma.
