银山矿业公司选矿尾矿综合利用研究

摘　　要：尾矿的综合利用,有利于环境保护,矿产资源最大化利用。绢云母是银山矿尾矿中的主要有用成分,通过浮选的方法,采用MA作为捕收剂,X-1作为抑制剂,回收尾矿中的绢云母,减少尾矿产量,保护周边环境。介绍了银山矿尾矿现状,分析了尾矿中元素含量、尾矿矿物组成及尾矿粒度分布,确定了尾矿中绢云母回收浮选工艺流程,阐述了绢云母在各行业中的应用。Comprehensive utilization of tailings is conducive to environmental protection and maximum utilization of mineral resources.Sericite is the main useful component in Yinshan tailings.By flotation,MA is used as collector and X-1 is used as depressant to recover sericite from tailings,reduce tailings output and protect surrounding environment.The present situation of Yinshan tailings is introduced.The element content,mineral composition and particle size distribution of tailings are analyzed.The recovery flotation process of Sericite in tailings is determined.The application of Sericite in various industries is expounded.
