摘 要:矿山开采行业是重工业的典型代表,是国民经济的重要支柱。我国有色金属矿产资源丰富,金属矿山企业发展前景良好。凿岩爆破是开发金属矿山、开采金属矿产的重要环节,为后续工作准备良好的条件。凿岩爆破也是金属矿山生产中长期存在的薄弱环节,如何提高凿岩爆破的效率是摆在我国金属矿山企业面前的发展难题。本文首先介绍了凿岩爆破工艺的发展现状,再分析了现存的问题和影响爆破进尺的因素,最后提出了合适的解决途径,希望对相关从业者有所积极意义,促进我国金属矿山企业的可持续健康发展。Mining industry is a typical representative of heavy industry and an important pillar of national economy.Nonferrous metal mineral resources are abundant in China,and metal mining enterprises have good prospects for development.Rock drilling and blasting is an important link in the development of metal mines and mining of metal minerals,which provides good conditions for the follow-up work.Rock drilling and blasting is also a long-standing weak link in the production of metal mines.How to improve the efficiency of rock drilling and blasting is a difficult problem for the development of metal mining enterprises in China.This paper first introduces the development status of rock drilling and blasting technology,then analyses the existing problems and factors affecting blasting footage,and finally puts forward appropriate solutions,hoping to have a positive significance for relevant practitioners and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's metal mining enterprises.
