摘　　要：为了实现陶瓷过滤机远程无线报警功能,方便管理人员随时随地掌握设备运行状况,本文基于某选厂TT型陶瓷过滤机,设计一种新型的陶瓷过滤机无线报警系统,此系统是基于GPRS技术,利用DTU无线通讯模块与PLC的远程通讯,实现远程报警和远程程序更改。这项应用能实时掌握设备运行状况与报警信息,使PLC的远程监控不受距离和组网的限制。In order to realize the remote wireless alarm function of ceramic filter and make it convenient for managers to grasp the operation status of the equipment anytime and anywhere,this paper designs a new type of wireless alarm system of ceramic filter based on TT type ceramic filter of a concentrator.This system is based on GPRS technology and uses DTU wireless communication module to communicate with PLC remotely.Communication,remote alarm and remote program change.This application can grasp real-time equipment operation status and alarm information,so that the remote monitoring of PLC is not limited by distance and networking.
