摘  要:本文研究了宽幅纯锆冷轧带卷在罩式真空退火炉整卷退火之后不同部位取样后的组织及性能数据,进而分析总结出宽幅纯锆带卷卷式退火后不同位置的性能变化规律。结果表明:宽幅冷轧锆卷整卷热处理之后纵向(长度方向)头、中、尾不同位置及对应横向(宽度方向)上、中、下端面纵向抗拉及屈服强度数值差值≤22MPa,延伸率差值≤3%,硬度差值≤3,晶粒度级别相同,说明整卷退火后纵、横向不同部位的组织及性能较均匀。This paper studies the wide pure zirconium cold-rolled coil in bell type vacuum annealing furnace rolls performance data of the different parts of the sample after after annealing,sums up the wide pure zirconium is analyzed on the coil volume after annealing at different positions of performance change rule.Results show that the wide zirconium cold-rolled coil rolls after heat treatment in the longitudinal direction(length),and the tail on the different positions and the corresponding horizontal(width),and lower end face of the longitudinal tensile and yield strength numerical difference acuities were 22 mpa,elongation value 3%,or less hardness number 3 or less,has the same level of grain size,shows the whole volume after annealing at different positions of the vertical and horizontal organization and performance is relatively uniform.
