摘 要:江西铁山垅钨业有限公司根据上坪矿区矿石性质和选矿工艺现状,对上坪手选工艺进行了改造,实施了智能图像选矿工艺。该工艺系统主要采用智能图像技术替代人工对17mm^30mm粒级的矿石进行选别,将该粒级的大部分脉石选入花石矿仓,选出的废石再经过人工手选后抛尾。生产实践表明,工艺改造后,不仅能够实现直接减少劳动力16人,而且了提高粗选回收率约1%左右,达到了减少劳动力,提高粗选回收率和矿山经济效益的目的。Jiangxi Tieshanlong Tungsten Industry Co.,Ltd.has reformed the Shangping Hand Separation Process and implemented the intelligent image mineral processing technology according to the ore properties and the current status of mineral processing technology in Shangping Mining Area.The system mainly uses intelligent image technology instead of manual separation of 17mm^30mm grade ores.Most gangue of this grade is selected into the granite bin,and the selected waste stone is then discarded after manual selection.The production practice shows that not only can the workforce be reduced directly by 16 people,but also the recovery rate of roughing can be increased by about 1%.The purpose of reducing the workforce,improving the recovery rate of roughing and economic benefits of mines can be achieved.
