摘  要:在行业标准和学者的研究基础上,对浸提剂和浸提温度进行试验,通过对实验数据进行对比分析,确定DTPA为浸提剂,浸提温度为25℃±2℃,采用ICP-AES测定土壤中的有效铜、锌。对土壤有效态标准物质GBW 07458和空白溶液分析测定12次,方法准确度RE<4%、精密度RSD<5%和定量限为0.2mg/kg,将方法应用于农业地质调查土壤样品的分析,满足分析要求。On the basis of industry standards and scholar's research,the leaching agent and temperature were tested,and DTPA was determined as the leaching agent by comparing and analyzing the experimental data.The leaching temperature was 25+2 C.The available copper and zinc in soil were determined by ICP-AES.The soil available reference material GBW 07458 and blank solution were analyzed 12 times.The accuracy of the method was less than 4%,the precision RSD was less than 5%and the quantitative limit was 0.2 mg/kg.The method was applied to the analysis of soil samples from agricultural geological survey to meet the analysis requirements.
