摘  要:根据少齿差行星减速器内齿板的装配条件和渐开线齿轮的等分性原理,将内齿板进行工艺改进,并设计装配定位工装。工艺改进和工装设计降低了插齿难度、提高了生产效率和经济效益、并且满足装配条件,在生产过程中具有较高的实用价值。According to the assembly conditions of the inner gear plate of planetary reducer with small tooth difference and the principle of gradation of involute gears,the process of the inner gear plate was improved,and the assembly and positioning tooling was designed.Technological improvement and tooling design reduce the difficulty of gear shaping,improve production efficiency and economic benefits,and meet the assembly conditions,which has high practical value in the production process.
