海南省女性流动人口获得感的现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南省女性流动人口的获得感现状及影响因素。方法采用方便整群抽样的方法抽取海南省4个市县,运用有良好信效度的《女性流动人口获得感问卷》和《社会支持评定问卷》对女性流动人口进行调查,并对其获得感状况进行分析。结果共纳入363名女性流动人口,总获得感状况尚好(3.51);其中幸福感(3.63±0.77)、文化融入(3.67±0.74)、教育资源获取(3.65±0.87)、生活水平(3.92±0.77)、社会公平(3.59±0.74)维度上的获得感均显著高于总获得感;而工作状况(3.22±0.89)和社会参与(2.91±0.96)上的获得感则显著低于总获得感。多元线性回归分析结果显示:女性流动人口的年龄越大、收入越高、能力发展越好、对支持的利用度越高、人际关系越好、文化程度越低、流入居住地的时间越短、其总获得感越高。结论海南省女性流动人口的总获得感水平较高,年龄、文化程度、收入、能力发展状况、流入居住地的时间、对支持的利用度和人际关系是影响女性流动人口获得感的主要因素。Objective To understand the current situation of sense of gain and its influencing factors among female migrant population in Hainan Province.Methods By using convenient cluster sampling method,4 cities in Hainan Province were selected.And the sense of gain scale with good reliability and validity and the social support rating scale were used to investigate the situation of sense of gain and its influencing factors among female migrant population.Results A total of 363 migrant females were enrolled in the study,and the overall score of their sense of gain was good(mean score 3.51).The scores of well-being(3.63±0.77),cultural integration(3.67±0.74),access to education resources(3.65±0.87),living condition(3.92±0.77),social equity(3.59±0.74)were significantly higher than that of total sense of gain.However,the sense of gain in the dimensions of work status(3.22±0.89)and social participation(2.91±0.96)were significantly lower than that of total sense of gain.Multiple regression analysis showed that:the older,higher income,higher ability development,higher utilization of support,better interpersonal relationship,lower educational level and shorter living period were associated with higher overall sense of gain.Conclusion The overall sense of gain among female migrant population in Hainan Province was high.Age,education level,income,ability development,time length of local residence,degree of support utilization and interpersonal relationship are the main influencing factors for sense of gain among female migrant population.
