基于旅游卫星账户的旅游统计核算指标体系研究——以广东省数据为例

摘　　要：旅游业在中国国民经济发展中的重要作用日益显现,传统的旅游统计核算在统计口径、指标种类和核算方法上都存在局限性,新形势下对旅游统计核算理论和实践提出创新需求。以旅游卫星账户为理论框架和数据来源,以货币化指标为主构建了旅游统计核算指标体系,作为对以非货币化指标为主的传统旅游统计核算指标的补充。指标体系中设置了旅游业完全增加值这项热点旅游统计指标,并进一步延伸设置了旅游业对地区经济的完全(直接)贡献率、旅游业带动三次产业完全(直接)贡献率等指标,并给出具体计算步骤和公式。该旅游统计核算指标体系和核算方法可以在旅游业经济发展水平和质量测度中发挥重要作用。The important role of tourism in the development of China's national economy is increasingly apparent.Traditional tourism statistics have limitations in terms of statistical caliber,indicator types and accounting methods.Under the new situation,innovative demand for tourism statistics accounting theory and practice is proposed.The tourism satellite account is taken as the theoretical framework and data source,and the tourism statistical accounting index system is built with monetization indicators as a supplement to the traditional tourism statistics accounting indicators based on non-monetary indicators.In the indicator system,the tourism total value added is a hotspot tourism statistical indicator,and further expands the tourism industry's full(direct)contribution rate to the regional economy and the tourism industry-driven three industries'full(direct)contribution rate.And it gives specific calculation steps and formulas.The tourism statistical accounting index system and accounting method proposed play an important role in the level of tourism economic development and quality measurement.
