摘 要:试验旨在研究不同青贮添加剂组合对稻秸青贮品质的影响。采用L9(33)的正交试验设计,将不同种类的青贮菌(A)[地衣芽孢杆菌(A1),植物乳杆菌(A2),粪肠球菌(A3)]、纤维分解酶(B)[黑曲霉(B1),绿色木霉(B2),纤维素酶(B3)]和碳源(C)[葡萄糖(C1),麸皮(C2),淀粉(C3)]组合添加至稻秸中青贮发酵30 d后分析青贮品质。处理1为A1B1C1,处理2为A1B2C3,处理3为A1B3C2,处理4为A2B1C3,处理5为A2B2C2,处理6为A2B3C1,处理7为A3B1C2,处理8为A3B2C1,处理9为A3B3C3。参照《青贮饲料质量评定标准》将感官、实验室评分及养分含量作为分析指标,综合评定稻秸的青贮品质。结果表明:处理5的感官总得分高于其他处理,而处理1、2、3的总得分低于其他处理(P<0.05);处理4、5、7、8、9实验室总得分高于处理1、3(P<0.05);处理3、9中粗蛋白质含量高于其他处理,而其中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量低于其他处理(P<0.05);综合正交分析极差为B>A>C,且分别以B3、A3和C2水平最优。综上,添加剂对稻秸青贮品质的影响为B>A>C,且最适合稻秸青贮的添加剂组合为B3A3C2。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different additive combinations on the silage quality of rice straw.Orthogonal design of L9(33)was used in this experiment,different silage bacteria(A)[Bacillus licheniformis(A1);Lactobacillus plantarum(A2);Enterococcus faecalis(A3)],cellulolytic enzymes(B)[Aspergillus niger(B1);Trichoderma viride(B2);cellulose(B3)]and carbon source(C)[glucose(C1);bran(C2);starch(C3)]was added to the rice straw for silage fermentation total 30 days then assessed the quality.Treatment 1 to 9 was A1B1C1,A1B2C3,A1B3C2,A2B1C3,A2B2C2,A2B3C1,A3B1C2,A3B2C1,and A3B3C3,respectively.According to the silage standards formulated by the Ministry of Agriculture of China,the sensory,laboratory evaluation and nutrient content of silage rice straw was used as analytical indicators to comprehensively assess the silage quality of rice straw.Results showed that the total sensory score of treatment 5 was higher than that of other treatments,while the total sensory score of treatments 1,2,and 3 were lower than that of other treatments(P<0.05);The total laboratory score of treatments 4,5,7,8,and 9 were higher than that of treatments 1 and 3(P<0.05);The content of CP in treatments 3 and 9 was higher than that of other treatments,whereas the contents of NDF and ADF were lower than those of other treatments(P<0.05);Orthogonal analysis range was B>A>C,and B3,A3 and C2 were the optimal level,respectively.In summary,the effects of additives on the quality of rice straw silage was B>A>C,and the most suitable additive combination for rice straw silage was B3A3C2.
