摘 要:以HPEG、AA、HEA、SMAS为主要合成单体,以MPA为链转移剂,以氧化-还原体系作为引发剂,采用一步合成法在低温下制备了一种具有缓释功能的早强型聚羧酸减水剂PC-2。分析了AA、SMAS、HEA用量对减水剂性能的影响,得出合成PC-2的各单体最佳用量为:n(AA)∶n(HPEG)∶n(HEA)=4.25∶1∶4.38;SMAS用量为大单体质量的1.75%。当引入具有缓释功能的小单体HEA后,与普通早强型减水剂相比,其1、3、28 d混凝土抗压强度比分别为99.2%、99.0%、106.0%,水泥净浆初始、0.5 h、1.0 h流动度分别为275、315、325 mm,表明合成的PC-2在早强性基本不变的情况下,具有良好的分散性及分散保持性。Early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer with sustained-release PC-2 was prepared in one step at low-temperature by using HPEG、AA、HEA、SMAS as raw materials,mecraptopropionic acid(MPA)as the chain transfer agent,initiated by H2O2-Vc.The effects of AA content,SMAS content,HEA content on the sustained-release properties of early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer were analyzed.The optimum technology of synthesis were shown as follows:n(AA)∶n(HPEG)∶n(HEA)=4.25∶1∶4.38,the SMAS addition(based on the weight of HPEG),similarly hereinafter is 1.75%.Compared with ordinary early strength superplasticizer,the compressive strength of 1 d is 99.2%,3 d is 99.0%and 28 d is 106.0%.The initial fluidity of cement paste could exceed 275 mm,exceed 315 mm after 0.5 h and exceed 325 mm after 1.0 h,when the HEA with sustained-release function was introduced.The results show that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has good fluidity and flow retention properties when the early strength property of the prepare PC-2 were basically unchanged after the introduction of HEA.
