摘 要:基于氨基减水剂对其性能和结构进行优化,探讨了氨基磺酸盐系聚合物的合成单体对减水剂性能的影响并确定最佳原料配合比及保温时间。在结构改性中,分别引入4-羟基苯磺酸钠、N-二甲基苯磺酸钠、丙酮等3种不同的单体,用来取代原有结构中的对氨基苯磺酸钠或苯酚单体形成新的共聚物,并探讨了共聚结构优化后减水剂的分散性。结果表明,4-羟基苯磺酸钠单体无法参与聚合;N-甲基氨基对苯磺酸钠取代对氨基苯磺酸钠后,减水剂的分散性比改性前有显著提高;引入丙酮改性时,当n(丙酮)∶n(苯酚)<0.1时,减水剂的分散性变化不大,但可节约部分成本。In this paper,the properties and structure of amino superplasticizer was optimized.The effect of synthetic monomer for amino sulfonate polymer on properties of super plasticizer was disussed and the optimal mix ratio and insulation time is determined.In structural modification,three different monomers(sodium p-hydroxybenzene sulfonate,sodium N-methylbenzene sulfonate,acetone)were introduced to replace sodium pamino phenyl sulfonate or phenol monomers in the original structure to form a new copolymer.And the dispersion of water reducing agent after copolymerization structure optimization was discussed.The results showed that sodium phydroxybenzene sulfonate monomer could not participate in the polymerization.When N-methyl aminophenyl sulfonate was substituted for sodium amino-phenyl sulfonate,the dispersion property of the polymer material was significantly improved compared with that of traditional materials.When acetone modification is introduced,when n(acetone)∶n(phenol)<0.1,the dispersion performance changes little meanwhile the cost can be saved.
