摘  要:通过正交试验法研究了膨胀玻化微珠轻质砌筑砂浆性能影响因素。结果表明,水泥用量是影响轻质砌筑砂浆性能的主要因素,干密度能综合反映轻质砌筑砂浆的抗压强度、导热系数等主要性能。通过试验总结出了基于干密度的轻质砌筑砂浆配合比设计方法。The influence factors of the performance of lightweight masonry mortar with expanded and vitrified beads as aggregates are studied by orthogonal experiment.The results show that,cement content is the main factor affecting the performance of lightweight masonry mortar.And dry density can comprehensively reflect the main properties of lightweight masonry mortar,such as compressive strength and thermal conductivity.Finally,the mix design method of lightweight masonry mortar based on dry density is summarized.
