摘 要:以铜仁市锰渣为主要原料,添加0~20%的页岩粉和粉煤灰压制成混合坯块,在1030~1075℃内烧结2 h,研究其烧结性能。XRD定量鉴定发现,锰渣的主要矿物相为20.9%石英和29.0%二水硫酸钙,另外还含15.3%钠长石、15.1%多硅白云母和13.2%氟硅钠石,颗粒形态、尺寸无规则。随烧结温度升高,试样烧损、收缩增大,吸水率、气孔率降低,而密度和强度急剧增大。力学性能上,90%锰渣、5%~10%页岩、0~5%粉煤灰的配方在1060~1075℃烧成的试样具有较高的抗折强度(24.34~30.72 MPa),可用来制备建筑用烧结砖。Using EMR in Tongren city as main raw materials,and adding 0~20%shale and coal ash,the raw mixed compacts are prepared and then sintered at 1030~1075℃for 2 hours,and the corresponding properties are researched.By XRD quantitative analysis,it shows that the main mineral phases of EMR are quartz(20.9%)and calcium sulphate dihydrate(29%),and other albite(15.3%),phengite(15.1%)and malladrite(13.2%),and the shape and size of EMR particles exhibit irregularity.When rising the sintering temperature,the burning loss and shrinkage increased,water absorption and porosity of samples reduced,however their densities and strengths elevated sharply.Considering the mechanical properties,when sintered at 1060~1075℃the samples with the formula containing 90%EMR,5%~10%shale and 0~5%coal ash showed the higher strength(24.34~30.72 MPa),meaning that it can be used for preparing the sintered-brick for building.
