摘  要:利用ANSYS有限元软件建立不同孔型及孔洞率的多孔砖有限元模型,采用适用曲线边界的SOLID95单元进行网格划分,计算了不同孔型下的应力分布特征和不同孔洞率下的抗压强度,分析了孔型对多孔砖力学性能的影响、孔洞率与抗压强度的关系。利用FLUENT软件针对孔型和孔洞率进行了热工性能分析。总结出了理想的孔型和合理的孔洞率,有利于指导生产具有合理孔型和孔洞率的多孔砖。The finite element models of porous bricks with different pore shapes and porous bricks with different void ratios were established by using ANSYS.The mesh was divided by SOLID95 element with suitable curve boundary.The stress distribution characteristics under different void shapes and the compressive strength values under different void ratios were calculated.The effects of void shapes on the mechanical properties of porous bricks,as well as the relationship between void ratios and the compressive strength were analyzed.FLUENT software was used to analyze the thermal performance of the pass and void fraction.The ideal pore type and reasonable pore rate are summarized,which is helpful to guide the production of porous bricks with reasonable pore size and pore rate.
