摘 要:以成都平原地区的原状黑土为基材,分别掺加不同比例的水泥、水泥特种混合材料SC-ONE、缓凝剂、减水剂等,形成了不同的改性生土材料。通过试验研究了不同配比对改性生土材料力学性能的影响,结果表明,当生土占比80%,水泥占比18%,SC-ONE占比2%,掺加0.8%减水剂,水固比为0.17时,改性生土具有较高的抗压、抗折强度,56 d抗压强度可达11.3 MPa,抗折强度达到3.2 MPa。试验表明,水泥、水泥特种混合材料SC-ONE可用于成都平原农村地区生土建筑的改性。The original black soil in the Chengdu Plain was used as the base material,and different proportions of cement and cement special mixed materials SC-ONE,retarder and water reducing agent were added to form different modified soil materials.At the same time,the effects of different ratios on the mechanical properties of the modified soil materials were studied by experiments.The results show that when the proportion of raw soil is 80%,the proportion of cement is 18%,the proportion of SC-ONE is 2%,the addition of 0.8%water reducing agent and water-solid ratio is 0.17,the prepared materials has the better compressive strength and flexural strength,the 56 d compressive strength can reach 11.3 MPa and the flexural strength reaches 3.2 MPa.Tests have shown that cement and cement special mixed materials SC-ONE can be used for the modification of raw soil buildings in rural areas of Chengdu Plain.
