摘　　要：目的建立HPLC同时测定板蓝根颗粒中(R,S)-告衣春和直铁线莲宁B含量的方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL·min^-1,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃,检测波长230 nm。结果(R,S)-告衣春、直铁线莲宁B在2.39~47.80μg·mL^-1(r=1.000 0)和3.18~63.60μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 9)内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.90%(RSD=1.56%)和99.48%(RSD=1.08%)。结论本方法操作简便、准确稳定、专属性强、重复性好,可为提高板蓝根颗粒质量标准提供依据。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of(R,S)-goitrin and clemastanin B in Banlangen granules.METHODS The analysis methanol was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water flowing of gradient elution,the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1,the injection volume was 10μL,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.RESULTS(R,S)-goitrin and clemastanin B showed good linear relationships within their own ranges of 2.39-47.80μg·mL^-1(r=1.000 0)and 3.18-63.60μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 9).The average recoveries were 100.90%(RSD=1.56%)and 99.48%(RSD=1.08%).CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,specific and reproducible,can provide a basis for raising Banlangen granules quality standards.
