摘 要:对不同丙烯酸乳液和隔热填料的物理性质进行了比较,选用水性苯丙乳液为成膜基料,二氧化硅气凝胶为隔热填料,制备了阻隔型水性隔热涂料。研究了隔热填料的用量和涂层厚度对涂层隔热性能的影响,以及聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂的用量对涂料储存稳定性的影响。结果表明,当聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂用量为0.2%,二氧化硅气凝胶添加量为3%时,涂料储存30 d不分层。当涂层厚度为2 mm时,其隔热性能最佳,导热系数为0.061 W/(m·K),隔热温差为20℃,综合性能良好。The physical properties of different acrylic emulsions and thermal insulating fillers were compared.A waterborne thermal barrier insulating paint was prepared with waterborne styrene-acrylic emulsion as binder and silica aerogel as thermal insulation filler.The effects of the amount of thermal insulating filler and coating thickness on thermal insulation property of the coating,and the effect of the dosage of associative polyurethane thickener on storage stability of the paint were studied.The results showed that the paint prepared with polyurethane associative thickener 0.2%and silica aerogel 3%did not form layers after being stored for 30 days.The coating obtained with the paint had a thermal conductivity of 0.061 W/(m·K)and good overall performance,and showed the best thermal insulation performance when its thickness was 2 mm.The temperature difference between the test panel with and without the coating was 20℃.
