水基硬质防护蜡在整车喷蜡线上应用的可行性

摘　　要：分析了水基硬质防护蜡的产品特性,对水基硬质防护蜡与耐候性电泳涂层的配套性及其施工性进行了研究。结果表明,在卡车整车底盘喷蜡线上,以水基硬质防护蜡替代普通溶剂型液态防护蜡是可行的,前者在耐盐雾、耐湿热和耐老化性能方面优于后者。The characteristics of water-based hard protective wax were analyzed,and its compatibility with weatherable electrophoretic coating and constructability were studied.The results showed that it is feasible to replace the common solvent-based liquid protective wax with water-based hard protective wax in whole vehicle wax spraying line during truck manufacturing.The water-based hard protective wax has better resistance to salt spray,damp heat,and aging than common solvent-based liquid protective wax.
