摘　　要：设计了一种化学镀镍液在线分析及维护系统。该系统包含自动采样系统、在线分析监测系统和自动加药系统,能够自动监测镀液的pH和Ni^2+浓度,并及时补充Ni^2+、添加剂和OH^?离子。该系统从自动取样到显示分析结果只需3 min,从自动分析到自动补加用时约6 min,满足生产要求。An online analysis and maintenance system for electroless nickel plating bath was designed.It includes automatic sampling system,online analysis and monitoring system,and automatic dosing system.The system can not only monitor the pH and Ni^2+ mass concentration of bath automatically,but also replenish Ni^2+,additives,and OH^? in time.It takes only 3 minutes from automatic sampling to the display of analysis results,and 6 minutes from automatic analysis to automatic replenishment,meeting the production requirements.
