摘 要:针对水平井排水采气工艺缺乏必要的试验平台而无法有效实现参数优化与效果验证的问题,开发了水平井排水采气工艺模拟试验系统,该系统主要包括试验井系统、地面混合-分离-计量系统、井下多点直读监测系统、井筒流体解释系统等。利用智能化的测控系统及解释,及时掌握运行参数,分析试验过程中各参数随时间变化的规律,对试验所引起的井下温度及压力的变化实现自动测量、同步采集。该系统有利于开展理论研究及接近工况条件下的工艺性能评价、工艺模拟试验,提升了水平井排水采气工艺技术水平。Aiming at the problem that drainage and gas production technology of horizontal wells lack necessary test platform and can not effectively realize parameter optimization and effect verification,a simulation test system of drainage and gas production technology in horizontal wells is developed.The system mainly includes test well system,downhole multi-point test system,precise surface gas-water injection system,flowback fluid separation and measurement,recycling system,wellbore fluid interpretation system and video monitoring system.An intelligent measurement and control system and interpretation is used for controlling the operation parameters in time,analyzing the law of variation of parameters with time in the test process,and realizing automatic measurement and synchronous acquisition of temperature and pressure changes caused by the test,which is beneficial for theoretical research and evaluation of process performance and technology under conditions close to working conditions.The simulation test provides an effective means for the simulation and engineering test of gas well drainage and gas production technology,it greatly shortens the development process and improves the technical level of horizontal well drainage and gas production technology.
