摘  要:螺旋滚筒作为采煤机的工作机构,其性能对煤矿的安全高效生产有着重要的作用.从螺旋滚筒截割和装煤性能角度出发,介绍了国内外学者从理论分析、试验研究以及数值模拟等方面开展的研究.基于目前研究成果及面临的问题,总结出未来螺旋滚筒性能研究的发展趋势:理论与实验相结合、多软件耦合动力学仿真、计算机仿真与智能算法相结合.随着煤矿生产自动化程度的不断提高,螺旋滚筒设计及其性能研究计算机软件及算法手段,可全面研究不同煤层赋存条件下螺旋滚筒的截割机理,同时也为提高螺旋滚筒的设计水平及其综合性能评价提供重要的参考依据.As the working mechanism of the shearer,the performance of the spiral drum plays an important role in the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.From the point of view of helical drum cutting and loading performance point of view,this paper introduced the domestic and foreign scholars from theoretical analysis,experimental research and numerical simulation etc..Based on the current research results and the problems faced,the development trend of future research on the performance of spiral drum is summarized,including the combination of theory and experiment,multi-software coupling dynamics simulation,computer simulation and intelligent algorithm.With the continuous improvement of coal mine production automation,the design of spiral drum and its performance research computer software and algorithm means can comprehensively study the cutting mechanism of screw drum under different coal seam conditions,and also provide an important reference for improving the design level of spiral drum and its comprehensive performance evaluation.
