摘　　要：对双色乘用车的涂装进行调查和分析,打破传统的双色车两次面漆工艺,采用一次面漆完成乘用车车身两种面漆颜色。分析并且重点解决双色乘用车涂装过程中出现的材料、工艺影响;提高面漆合格率,降低面漆的涂装成本。Coating of dual-color passenger vehicle have been investigated and analyzed in this paper,breaks the traditional two-coating process of dual-color vehicle,and uses one-time paint to finish the dual-color passenger vehicle body paint.The analysis focuses on resolving the material and process influence in the painting process of dual-color vehicle,improving the qualified rate of topcoat and reducing the cost o f topcoat painting.
