摘　　要：通过对制造过程的逐一排查,对可能造成发动机罩变形的因素:设计强度、重心影响、电泳辅具、包边结构、夹具等进行详细验证,找出了发动机罩变形的原因,解决了发动机罩的烘烤变形问题,为其他车型变形的问题提供了解决思路。Through the inspection of the manufacturing process one by one,the factors that may cause hood deformation,such as design strength,influence of center of gravity,electrophoresis aids,edging structure and fixture were verified in detail.The reason for the deformation of the hood was found out,the problem of hood deformation was solved,and the solutions to other vehicles deformation problems was pr ovided.
