摘　　要：依据现场生产条件,进行实车对比验证,经过详细的数据分析,对中涂、色漆、清漆及过程控制各环节中影响车身桔皮的因素及控制方法展开研究,总结提升外观的举措并进行实践验证,为整车车身桔皮问题的控制及外观提升提供借鉴和参考。According to the on-site production conditions,the actual vehicle comparison verification was carried out.After detailed data analysis,the factors affecting the body orange peel and the control method were studied from the primer,base coat,clear coat and other process.It summarizes the methods to improve the appearance and carries out practical verification,which provides reference for problem control and appearance imp rove.
