摘  要:文中介绍了多层不锈钢波纹管疲劳裂纹的检测现状及存在的不足,利用涡流检测方法对不同层缺陷的不锈钢钢板进行试验模拟,在试验过程中,根据检测线圈不同频率以及不同深度的缺陷对其输出信号的影响特征,选择波纹管的最优频率;同时依据缺陷相位角的不同来确定缺陷所在的层数,从而分析得出裂纹所在深度位置,试验后结果用其他检验方法进行了验证,并应用于现场疲劳裂纹检测。This paper introduced the present situation of multi-layer stainless steel bellows fatigue crack detection and existing shortage,eddy current testing method was used for different defect layer of stainless steel plate to proceed experiment simulation.In the process of experiment,according to output signal influence characteristics of different frequency and different depth of defect detection coil,the optimal frequency of bellows was selected.At the same time,the number of layers of defects was determined according to the different phase angles of defects,so that the depth of cracks can be obtained through analysis.After the test,the results were verified by other inspection methods and applied to the field fatigue crack detection.
