摘 要:基于某铝业公司正在运行的350 kA电解系列端头电解槽槽况不稳影响了端头槽正常生产的情况,分析了端头电解槽磁场较普通槽磁场差的原因,提出了优化端头外母线的设计方案,并通过数值模拟计算了优化前后的端头电解槽磁场分布情况。模拟计算结果表明,优化后的端头电解槽磁场分布明显好于优化前的,而且可以满足稳定生产的需求。Based on the fact that instability of end electrolytic cell of 350 kA electrolytic series affected normal production of the end electrolytic cell in an aluminum company,the reason why magnetic field of the end electrolytic cell was worse than that of the ordinary electrolytic cell was analyzed,the design scheme for optimizing end external bus was proposed,magnetic field distribution of the end electrolytic cell before and after optimization was calculated by numerical simulation.The simulation results showed that magnetic field distribution of the end electrolytic cell optimized was obviously better than that before optimization,and which could meet the demand of stable production.
