摘 要:基于某电解铝企业600 kA电解槽的综合特性,分析了磁场电场的设计、电流、分子比、过热度以及阳极效应等因素对600 kA电解槽运行稳定性的影响,并针对每个影响电解槽运行稳定的环节采取相应的调整措施,包括建立高温规整炉膛,控制启动期应力,保证高温、高铝水平和高过热度,以及通过均匀性换极、下料和盖料等措施平衡电解槽中各区域的温度和氧化铝浓度。调整后,电解槽安全平稳高效运行,电流效率可达到93%。Based on comprehensive characteristics of aluminum electrolytic cell with 600 kA in an electrolytic aluminum enterprise,effects of the design of electric field and magnetic field,current,molecular ratio,superheat and anode effect on operation stability of the electrolytic cell with 600 kA were analyzed,and corresponding adjustment measures were taken for each link that affected stable operation of the electrolytic cell,including establishing high temperature and structured furnace,controlling stress during the starting period,ensuring high temperature,high aluminum level and high superheat,and balancing temperature and alumina concentration in each region of the aluminum electrolytic cell by changing pole,blanking and covering uniformly.After adjustment,the aluminum electrolytic cell could operate safely,stably and efficiently,and the current efficiency could reach 93%.
