摘  要:透平油含水严重时会对水轮发电机组产生危害,需要使用可靠的装置加以监测。通过对常用的电容式油混水监测装置原理、安装方式进行分析,找出其更换难或动作不灵敏的缺陷。并改进设计有微型油泵强迫循环式和自泵式两种,均可解决目前所用电容式的问题,同时又保留了其成本低的优点。Excessive water content in the turbine oil is usually harmful to hydro-turbine generator units and reliable monitoring devices should be provided.The working principles and installation mode of the commonly used capacitive water content monitoring device are analyzed and obvious defects are found.Then,two renovated devices,i.e.the mini-pump driven forced circulation device and the self-pumping device,are proposed.It shows that the proposed devices can effectively solve the problems of replacement difficulty and insensitive operation of the original capacitive monitoring device,while the low cost advantage is retained.
