摘  要:葛洲坝水利枢纽工程是我国长江上兴建的首座大坝,也是世界上最大的低水头大流量、径流式水电站,其主要的泄洪建筑物二江泄水闸自1981年完建以来,在长期局部开启下已安全运行接近40年,闸门的锈蚀、气蚀、机械刮擦等病害的累积已越来越明显地影响闸门的耐久性及安全性。目前急待对弧门典型病害的全寿命检测、监测、诊断及评估,并给以良好的维护。Gezhouba Hydropower Project is a milestone in the history of hydropower development in China,which is the very first dam built on Yangtze River.It is also the largest low head,large flow runoff plant in the world.Its main flood discharge structures,the Erjiang sluice gates,have been operating safely for nearly 40 years under long-term partial opening condition since its completion in 1981.The durability and safety of the gates have been evidently affected by cumulated damages such as rustiness,cavitation and mechanical scratches.In this paper,several typical damages observed in the No.26 radial sluice gate in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant are summarized,including the damage appearance,distribution pattern and development extent.Causes of the damages are analyzed from the aspects of rustiness,cavitation,mechanical scratch and high-speed flow erosion.The results could be useful reference for the damage treatment work of sluice gates.
