跨境电商“海外仓”库存成本控制问题的研究——基于大数据技术和存储论模型的视角

摘　　要：“海外仓”正逐渐成为跨境电商物流模式的发展趋势。总结了“海外仓”模式的优缺点并指出该模式最大的风险在于“库存不可控所带来的货物积压或者缺货”。经研究,提出了“基于大数据技术和存储论模型降低‘海外仓’库存成本”的解决方案。首先,利用大数据技术对目标国消费者的需求情况进行预测;其次,在此基础上运用经济订货批量模型计算“海外仓”合理的进货量、安全库存和订货点等,从而达到指导跨境电商企业科学管理“海外仓”库存的目的;最后,对该解决方案的创新和实践意义进行了分析。Overseas Warehouse is the trend of cross-border e-commerce logistics.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of overseas warehouse,and points out that the biggest risk of overseas warehouse is that uncontrollable inventory may lead to overstock or shortage of goods.a solution to reduce the inventory cost of overseas warehouse based on BIG DATA technology and EOQ is proposed after research,firstly,BIG DATA technology is used to predict consumer demand in target countries,then,the reasonable purchase volume,safe stock and order point of overseas warehouses are calculated based on EOQ,so as to guide cross-border e-commerce enterprises to scientifically manage inventory of overseas warehouse.Finally,significance in practice of this solution is analyzed.
