摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育有效性评价指标体系构建是一项具有开创意义的探索性研究,对于落实新时代加强和改进研究生思想政治教育新要求、破解新问题、体现新成效具有十分重要的意义。本文基于平衡记分卡(BSC)构建研究生思想政治教育有效性评价的维度,引入关键绩效指标(KPI)设计指标,构建一套完整的新时代研究生思想政治教育有效性评价指标体系。The construction of the evaluation index system of graduate students'ideological and political education effectiveness is an exploratory research with pioneering significance.Meanwhile,it is of great significance to strengthen and improve the new requirements of new graduate students'ideological and political education,to solve new problems and to reflect the new results in the new era.This article provides the details on how to build a complete set of the evaluation index system of graduate students'ideological and political education effectiveness in the new era based on the balanced scorecard(BSC)to construct the dimension of the evaluation index of graduate students'ideological and political education effectiveness,and the introduction of the design indicators for the key performance indicators(KPI).
