高铜水平对尖吻蝮幼蛇生长性能的影响

摘　　要：为研究饲粮中高铜水平对尖吻蝮生长性能的影响,试验选择来源相同且体重相近健康状况较好的尖吻蝮共106条,随机分成4个组,以CuSO4·5H2O作为铜源,研究日粮中不同铜水平对尖吻蝮幼蛇生长性能的影响,4个处理组分别在日粮中添加不同的高铜水平0mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg、200mg/kg。结果表明:日粮中添加150mg/kg铜水平对尖吻蝮平均日增重有显著影响,日粮中添加100mg/kg、200mg/kg铜水平对尖吻蝮幼蛇平均日增重无影响。The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of high dietary copper levels on the growth performance of Deinagkistrodon snakelet.In this study,a total of 106 Deinagkistrodon snakelet samples with the same origin and similar body weight and good health were selected and randomly divided into four groups.Different high copper levels 0mg/kg,100mg/kg,150mg/kg,200mg/kg of CuSO4·5H2O was added to the diet.The experiment results show that the addition of 150mg/kg copper to the diet had a significant effect on the average daily gain of Deinagkistrodon.The others addition had no effect on the average daily gain.
