复方丹参滴丸对糖尿病足0期干预治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方丹参滴丸对糖尿病足0期干预治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月-2018年6月间本院内分泌科收治的80例2型糖尿病合并糖尿病足Wagner分级0级患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例,对照组(n=40)按2型糖尿病三级预防治疗,在此基础上,治疗组联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,规范治疗6个月后,比较2组治疗前后的血脂指标(TC、Tg,LDL-C、HDL-C)、神经传导速度指标(正中神经运动传导速度、正中神经感觉传导速度、胫神经运动传导速度)以及运动耐量(6min步行距离)等情况。结果治疗后,治疗组的Tg,LDL-C、HDL-C和对照组HDL-C水平均明显改善,且治疗组TG下降幅度明显大于对照组,HDL-C上升幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的正中神经运动传导速度、正中神经感觉传导速度、胫神经运动传导速度和对照组的正中神经感觉传导速度均明显改善(P<0.05),但2组的正中神经运动传导速度、正中神经感觉传导速度、胫神经运动传导速度对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论按2型糖尿病三级预防联合复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病足0期,有利于改善血脂水平,部分改善神经传导,提高运动耐量,缓解病情进展,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the interventional treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combines with diabetic foot graded 0 by Wagner in the Department of Endocrinology in our hospital from December 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each group.The control group(n=40)was treated according to the third-grade prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.On the basis of this,the treatment group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills.After 6-month standardized treatment,the blood lipid indexes(TC、Tg、LDL-C、HDL-C),nerve conduction velocity index(median nerve motor conduction velocity,median nerve sensory conduction velocity,phrenic nerve conduction velocity)and exercise tolerance(6 min walking distance)of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of Tg、LDL-C、HDL-C in the treatment group and HDL-C in the control group significantly improved,and the decrease of TG in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group.The increase in HDL-C in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the median nerve motor conduction velocity,median nerve sensory conduction velocity,radial nerve conduction velocity and the median nerve sensory conduction velocity of the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the nerve conduction velocity,median nerve sensory conduction velocity and phrenic nerve conduction velocity of the 2 groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the third-grade prevention of type 2 diabetes combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of diabetic foot stage 0,it is beneficial to improve blood lipid level,partially improve nerve conduction,improve exercise tolerance and alleviate the progress of the disease.The study has value of clinical application.
